Creamy Pumpkin Savoy Cabbage





























Presumed you have roasted and pureed pumkin, this is a real easy dish.

Do you have these ingredients?

½ large savoy cabbage

2 garlic cloves
1 cup roasted and pureed pumpkin
3 tbsp cream fraiche

oliven oil
salt, pepper

Step for step

Slice the savoy cabbage.
Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the slice cabbage.
Boil for 2 mins, then drain.

Peel and chop the garlic.
Heat the oliven oil in the skillet.
Add the galic and cook for 1 min.
Add the pumpkin, mix and cook for 1 min.
Add cream fraiche, mix and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add the drained cabbage, mix well and cook for 1-2 mins.

Enjoy!
